Since 2002, South Sound Inspections has been actively providing residential and commercial property inspections, in the greater Puget Sound area.
As a inspector serving the Puget Sound region, I go to great lengths to ensure that all aspects of the property are inspected to include structure, roof, siding, electrical, HVAC systems and the plumbing.
When I am finished with the inspection, I will provide you with a detailed report which includes photo’s. All home inspections are performed in accordance with the Washington State Standards of Practice.

I have been involved in different facets of the building trades and education, for well over 25 years. I became fascinated with architecture in middle school while taking standard mechanical and architectural drafting classes. I continued with those studies along with shop classes throughout high school and college.
After college I earned a teaching degree, and taught middle school mechanical, and architectural drafting along with wood shop for ten years in California.
After moving to Washington State, I started a handyman company. After a few years, decided to combine all of my experiences, and get into the home inspection business.
